Normal Ambient Temperature

Hello,
can anyone tell me what is a normal ambient temperature inside a case?
I'm currenty having 48C Idle and 55C graphics core. When gaming both rise about 20 degrees. Is it ok or i need to put in an extra fan?

By the way , i had 48C ambient temperature since the first day i have this computer, so probably it's normal, i just wonder if 20 - 30 degree increase is ok or not.
