Normal temp for build

Well, I just got into computer builds and I was wondering...On idle with no program running is this normal?

Here's my spec:

Inwin 901 Tower (mini)
Intel i7 4790 @ 3.6 Quad (i think stock clock?) idk
ASRock Z97M-ITX/AC Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard
GTX 970 4gb Windforce
16gb G.Skill Ares Series
H75 Corsair Liquid Cooler
Corsair AF120 3 Fan
Rosewill 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

And example when I play games like Watchdog the all 4 temp or the c0 would sit around 54-57c.....Is this too hot or maybe normal. Sorry I'm new to this so yeah. Thanks

Seems fine to me. Decent idle and decent load temps. These can handle up into the 80's under load without too many problems so you're certainly within specs.

Thank you so much for the reply. Is there anyway maybe I can make sit lower? My in-law was telling my that I have the stock paste, and he said he have some aftermarket paste that can make it sit lower. Would it be possible to sit around 20s?

Eh, unlikely. You could swap the paste but it might only give you a 1C difference if anything. It's low enough currently that you don't need to worry about it in the forseeable future though :D
