Northbridge Cooling Problem

Alright, so I have an GA-K8N Pro-Sli:

As you can see from the picture, my northbridge is stuck right under where the video card goes.

My problem is that I just ran Speedfan, and it showed that one of my temperatures read 71C. I checked around my mobo, and when i barely touched the northbridge, i almost burned my finger. So i need a northbridge, but i have realized that there probably isn't a singe north bridge cooler (besides water cooling) that i can fit. My video card is literally smack dab on top of the cooler, and i can only see the end sides of it. Please help!!
 
Or you can take off your stock cooler and reapply thermal paste like arctic silver 5. That can lower some of your temps once it settles in.

That generally only does a few degrees though. I also did that and was unsatisfied with the results.
