I currently have a Gigabyte motherboard, and the northbridge has an annoying fan. i'd like to switch to a heatsink, but i'm not sure of any one to get. The first place I checked was newegg, and they have these three:

I'm not sure of what the difference is in the Zalman's, besides that one comes with a tube of adhesive. Any suggestions?

Either or should be fine. The ones without adhesive would work unless you don't have the little tabs to connect it to on the mobo. I assum that's why it come with it?

I'd probably use the NB47J...

Something you might want to watch for is any physical interference with videocards ...as for noise, you may even want to consider a fan-controls (either BIOS or phsyical fancontrollers) :)
