Norton 360 disabled

hello. Recentlently i installed a newer version of msn and decided it was not for me, so i did a restore to remove it but i have to temporally disable it so i did do for 15 mins. After this time it did not come back on and when i try to turn it on nothing happens. (by the way it is valid for 3 pcs and its already been done on 3 including this one so if i uninstalled and reinstalled would it still work?)

Yes, if you uninstalled and reinstalled, it would still work. However doing a system restore was not the best option to uninstall a program. You need to uninstall msn through add/remove programs. So in this case, I would go back to system restore and undo your last restore to get it back to before that. Then uninstall the program through add/remove programs in control panel. Hopefully nortons works then.
