norton ghost

i've just found out what is taking up all the room on a mates lappy, Norton Ghost with image and backup files about 14gb altogether,i didn't no ghost was installed,what does it do and what to do with said files,do i delete or save to disk or stick.thanks

hmmm...........if you didn't backup then i seriously suggest you delete it.
