Not all speakers working!

Hey all,
I have my 5.1 surround sound logitech set up. When I play my music threw Itunes or Windows Media Player, they only play threw the two front speakers and the base. When I go into Realtek HD Audio Manager and test the speakers with the little play button I get sound threw every single speaker. It tests each one and every one has sounds going threw it. However I cant figure out how to set this up for Itunes or Windows Media Player. Is there a setting inside? Or somewhere else in my computer?

What are your speakers??? If you have the logitech X 540's then make sure the matrix button is "on" this will turn on 5.1

What is your sound card???

You shouldn't have to change the settings in itunes or anything, i didn't.
