i cant belive it!!!!

after the last post about the ebayer from nigeria i sent him an email tellin him to go away my phone sold a couple of days later,

but to another person who lives in usa but wants it shipped to partner in nigeria-heres the email-------\/

what the hell am i supposed to do? i have waited 7days for this phone to sell for it to be won by a fraudster.

not to mention the fact that the advert says delivery to UK ONLY...

his paypal account is not even active and i got an email from ebay warning about fraud and mentioned the ebayers id

just tell him you're not sending it there.. just tell him the advertise clearly stated that you only sent it withing the UK,.. so if he wants to have it shipped to nigeria, he would have to do that himself.
if he doesnt agree with that, it's not your fault.. you clearly stated you only sent it within the UK.

It doesn no good, as it is free to sign up to ebay. I just won't go back. They know it is a problem, and have to do something about it. This will be one of the problems facing online auctions...
