Hi,
My laptop has 3 USB1.1 connectors and I wanted to upgrade it by buying a PCMCIA to USB2.0 card. I am running Win 2000. The card is detected and installed, but... it does not work !
Having a look in the hardware settings, I could see that there is a material conflict: "Device not working, not enough resources: you have to disable some other devices first" !! I tried to disable the USB1.1 devices, as well as the modem and LPT1 port, but it did not help further...
Also under Linux Ubuntu 5.10 (dual boot), the USB2.0 ports were not recognised.
Has anybody already faced this problem ? Any idea ?...
Thanks in advance !!
