not mobo, but processor. crap

test it in another setup.
try putting it all back together, i know that whenever my comp wouldn't work id just do that and for some reason something was off... like who knows, computer parts aren't PERFECT... sometimes it happens you know. maybe if u try puttin it back together it'll work (for one reason or another)
 
don't have any other systems to try it in. that is why i REPLACED EVERYTHIGN BUT THE PROCESSOR. taken it apart and put it back together several times
