I have two networked computers, which for my post we'll call the "fast pc" and the "slow pc"
I use the fast pc for everything, my kids muck around with the slow one when I'm using the fast one.
I bought a webcam, Logitech webcam 8.4.1, the fast comp wont read the install disc, this cam is the second one after I returned the original as it didnt read that ones disc either, (it was a logitech brand also- I thought it was faulty)
The thing is I managed to install it no probs on the slow pc, and I know files can be transferred thru networked PC's quite simply, but I have no idea to do this.
Can I transfer the installed data for the webcam from the slow one to the fast one, and thus operate the cam without having to install the program from the disc?
A step by step run thru would be great as I am fairly pc/techno illiterate.
Thanx....Help appreciated.
