not shure if infected

iam not shure if iam infected. i have been rigorous with keeping off of shady sites and keeping my computer updated and scanning with anti-virus programs but lately when i run CCleaner it now keeps cleaning these 2 files when iam connected to the internet

No your not infected as i am aware

You see the file paths try going to the actual file and delete it yourself and not use 3rd party programs such as CCleaner (So delete it manualy) Then run another scan with CCleaner and see if the result is different! :)
