Not so expensive build

I'm building a new pc for my cousin and I need some help so there's the build:
Processor : i5 2500k
Motherboard: ASUS p8p67 Pro
Ram: corsair xms3 4gb (2x2gb)
HDD: 2 barracuda 500gb
PS: corsair hx650
heatsink: hyper 212+
gpu: radeon 5770 (I choose this one because it's kinda cheap)

Do you guys think this is decent?

Forget RAID, just get one Samsung F3 1TB. They are fast. If you really want RAID then get two of those drives.

I'd suggest a better card over the 5770, while they are nice (I've had one) The 128-bit memory will limit you. A GTX 460 1GB or 6870 would be better if you can afford them.

ALL that.

Use the second hdd $ for a better gpu.
Then upgrade to an SSD when you can.
