PS- when i do CLTR-ALT-DEL i see these two unknown processes: csrss.exe and winlogon.exe. i cant end the processes. it says i need administrative capabilities

Well before that logs why don't you try scanning your system with a antivirus or a trojan remover?

o ya i have. with #'s of different ones. but none see the trojan. either its not one or a new one. i have windows 7 by the way. and i used eset when i got it and now AVG. did scans with both. and tried SDfix but couldnt figure it out

Weel ur system seems to have traces of past trojans, which can be cleaned by ccleaner. But first answer this, What made u think that u have trojan??

at one point i was watching a movie and the computer froze. immediatly i shut down the computer because i was worried of getting a virus or trojan due to a new virus protection program i was using. (eset). so i rebooted and checked my processes and found those two processes(csrss.exe and winlogon.exe). i then googled them and found out they were trojans.

Both of those files are actually good and are necessary to have running. If you have used Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, and a few virus scans and they didn't come up with anything, then I highly doubt you are infected. Your hijack this log is not complete by the way.
