notebook cpu upgrade

someone upgrade their newcastle to a venice, even though when i run cpuz the motherboard is unknown! it is possible i can stick a athlon 64 fx57 if the original cpu is a socket 939 ?

it wont be if the hardrive is a 7200rpm and the person using it like a desktop but want the extra room and portability of moving it around the house.

that harddrive is hardly the hardware that will bottleneck that beast of a CPU.

and the cpu would overheat alot inside a laptop and it would drain the battery before you know it. AND you'll need a really good poweradapter that produces more watt than stock.
