is there going to be any noticeable difference between 4x1Gb DDR2 800 and 2X2Gb DDR2 1000?

Given the 4gb ddr2 800 is half the price of the 2x2gb DDR2 1000 is the increase in performance even worth it?
 
If you have the DDR2 800 now, and are upgrading to the DDR2 1000, you would notice a little difference. If you are planning on getting either the 800 or the 1000, I would 100% recommend the DDR2 800. If you are thinking about going from DDR2 800 to DDR2 1000, I would hold of as well.
