Noticing An Upgrade

Will I be able to notice a reasonable increase in speed (from the old PC's stat.'s displayed below) when I go with my new build with a DS3 Mobo, C2D E6600 OC'ed to 3.0Ghz, 2Gb of 667Mhz RAM.

multi-tasking will be faster.. single threaded apps probably not. the two gigs of ram will help more with games and such.. yes a reasonable increase in speed.
