Novell Antivirus

Nope, Novell is NetWare that causes ( or is caused by ) some popups. Usually if you have that installed it's a sign of having Smitfraud infection and lots of popups, fake warnings and errors
If you need any help, please post a HijackThis log. I saw you were mentioning reformatting, did you really reformat your hard drive?
 
I replaced my hard drive with a new one, the old one died, it was wining really bad then it just stopped working. So i bought a new one.
