NT installation

I am trying to install NT on my system (don't ask why). When i get to the setup, it does not see my SATA drive, only my IDE drive. Why is this? Is there any way that I can make it see that drive?
 
it might be due to the drivers,

now i am no SATA expert, but i recon you wont be able to have SATA in setups like NT and XP. but you can only install it on the UI. and then you will be able you use the dirve then
 
You need to install the drivers during the install if you can with NT. The drivers will be on your MOBO's driver disk.
 
I don't have a driver disk for my motherboard

Never mind, I was able to grab an old 5GB IDE disk to use for NT, and everything works fine now
