NTFS to Fat32

hi i bought an external HD and it is NTFS. but i want it for my laptop and my PS3. but PS3 only reads Fat32. so i have to change my external to fat 32. i have nothing on it yet so i can gladly format it, but when i go the format thing the only option it gives me is format it to NTFS.

any help would be great as i want to figure this out before my 30 day return policy is over ;)
 
Do you want to format it on the pc and then plug it into the ps3 or are you trying to format it through the ps3?
 
the PS3 only reads fat32 so I want to take my external hard drive which is NTFS and convert it to Fat32. I;m guessing if its even possible than it would be best to use my laptop to do. I dont think the PS3 has those capabilities
