When I reboot my machine the ntldr is missing.
The first couple of times I just reinstalled (them) from a windows CD with no problems.
Now when i reboot the files claim to be missing, but are clearly on the disk when "dir" is performed. Overwriting the files, no avail.
I can leave my machine to boot from the CD with the windows CD installed, and just opt NOT to boot from it, just let it bypass to windows. The result is that windows boots properly.
I take the CD out, ntldr is missing.
W-T-F?
