NTSF OR FAT32 please help

can someone tell who gives a higher Performance NTSF or FAT32 file system

ntsf is better and newer, FAT32 is a really old format.

if i want to change mine to ntsf should i format my computer, or it can be changed without formating

NTFS is more secure than FAT

you can convert to NTSF without formatting. Use this command at the command prompt.

CONVERT C: FS:NTFS

where C: is the drive you want to convert
