Funny that you have encountered the same problem. Right at this moment I am reformatting my PC (I'm on my laptop) due to constant nv4_dsp.dll and BAD_POOL_HEADER errors. I'm hoping it will fix my problem.
As for your problem, their are several things I know of that could help.
1. Download the new drivers from Nvidia.com.
2. Download DriverCleanerPro from
http://www.download3k.com/System-Utilities/Other-Utilities/Download-Driver-Cleaner-Professional.html
3. Uninstall your Nvidia display drivers through the Add/Remove Programs section in the Windows Control Panel. Make sure you only uninstall your display drivers, nothing else.
4. Reboot your computer into safe-mode and run DriverCleanerPro.
5. Use DriverCleanerPro to delete your old Nvidia display drivers. It will list the display drivers under Nvidia, so do not be worried about it deleting
all your drivers.
6. Reboot your computer and run the setup for the new drivers.
7. Install as per instructions.
If these steps do not work towards fixing your problem I don't really know what will. I have read of this problem being fixed by new PSU's etc, but I don't think any of them to be very reliable.
I hope your problem gets fixed! Mine didn't!
