Hey guys im trying to build a computer, and its gonna be a core 2 E6700, i was really not sure of what i would be getting for a graphics card
and i was thinking of a single card so i decided to choose the Asus P5W deluxe, then seeing as it'll take a while for me to get the computer
and things could drasticly change in the market
i decided to change my numbers, and switch to the nvidia 590 SLi, that way i'll always have a choice of increasing power so im not behind....
i did though had a few problems gathering info and i came here to see if it was all good..

First i was confused by so many outdated sites that i couldnt find out if the 590 SLi was even released,
so i wanted to know, is it released? and if so what would the best motherboard for it be?

ok well its great to see that im not far behind
and hopefully i'll have my money by oct.. that isnt much of a worry for me,
has there been any released info on what mother boards are going to be used for it?
im guessing i should wait on that

Jet if you want to build a next gen computer, and want something that will last you long, and be able to upgrade it so it doesnt fall behind, SLi is the way to go

Dont people always say "if you want something that will last you long"? Nothing in technology will last you longer than 6 months before it is heavily outdated with something newer/better.

It completly depends one what you define as lasting long
to me, is something that will run programs/games.
I've had my current comp for six years, and its done exacly what i've needed it to do, "LAST LONG"
now if you want to have a computer thats the top of everything, lasting long could be 3 weeks to 7months,
but to me, i want something that will be compatible, upgradable and will have enough power,
by outdated im sure you dont mean totally turned over, yes of course something better is going to come out, thats how it always is,
but its not gonna be a total huge change that i need a whole new system
that you can trust me on.
