NViDIA 9800gtx or NViDIA 550 Ti?

Help please. I"m going to be playing Fifa, Sims 3, Minecraft, and GTA SA, and Dirt 3.

BTW, how much watt does 550 Ti need?
 
For your price range I would get a GTX 460 its 20 bucks more and a whole lot better then the 550ti you're looking at, and this is assuming the top end of your price range is $170 USD. You'd probably want something in the 600w-650w for a power supply.
