Nvidia Card not working with new PC

I just replaced my mobo and CPU (ASUS M3a78-T and AMD Phenom Tri-core 2.4)

I installed my Nvidia card I had from before into the Pci-x...I don't remember the name, nor do I have the driver CD!

The display works but chugs really bad when I move things around.

How can I find out what card I have to get drivers??? It has on board VGA too... I installed AIDA32 to tell me what I have installed and it shows NOTHING for anything visual.

PLEASE HELP

If you know the model number of the nvidia card, look up the model number and the OS your running.
