Is this graphics card anygood for a cheap gaming option for games such as Flight Simulator and Unreal Tournament 2004? I have found it for £24.95

I think Unreal Tournament 2004 should run fine on medium setting.

Which Flight Simulator do you have ?? I think Flight Simulator X will run on low setting with 6200

Yes it is a very cheap video card, but it is not good for gaming.

Try to spend more on a better video card like 7300GT or 7600GS, because most of the new games will run on lowest setting with 6200

I have made a list of cards in my range (remembering i am not a serious gamer, but would like to play FS9/FSX and Unreal Tournament a bit):

Sapphire ATi Radeon X300SE 256MB PCI Express New

nVidia GeForce 6200 PCI-E 256MB Graphics Video Card

128mb nVidia GeForce FX 5200 PCI Graphics Card New UK

Club 3D GeForce 6200LE TC 256MB DDR TV-OUT/DVI (PCI-E)

Club 3D ATI Radeon 9600 256MB DDR TV-OUT/DVI (AGP 8X)

Which one of these is the best for the price?

You need to look at what slots your computer has available. You picked out PCI, AGP, and PCI-E video cards, and most likely it doesnt support all 3.

im an idiot, i forgot it wouldnt support all of them :o

anywho, i know it supports PCI. and not PCI-E

but AGP? dunno, but i dont think so.,

The quattro is a razor made by schick. Were you referring to the quadro? If so, that would be pretty much the worst thing he could get.

Lol! Thats the shaver I use.

Anyway, I'd go with either the x300SE(does that come in PCI/APG?), or the 6200. They're pretty much on par. The X300 does a lot better in Oblivion, and the 6200 does a lot better in quake 4. Not quite sure about flight sims, but my friend has the X300 , and he plays a lot of flight simulator games, including the one you mentioned, and he seems to be quite content with it. UT 2004 will run great
