Nvidia Geforce GTX 460 OC

I am thinking about getting this card as an xmas present for myself:

Would there be an bottleneck caused by my current system with this card? / is the card any good? / price good?

From the price it looks to be pretty good, but I don't see any point in buying it if there is going to be a bottleneck.

I need something to replace my 9800GTX+ that's getting a bit old and worn now... need something to last me a few more years

Solid card,good price...as for a bottleneck,i had mine runing on a Q6600 @ 3.5Ghz and i didnt experience any bottlenecks at all,It will be quite an upgrade from a 9800.

Yeah that's what I was hoping, my 9800 is really struggling to keep up at the moment especially when trying to game with dual monitors (1080p and 1440*900) lol. And that price seems almost too good to be true. I have never used a Gigabyte card before, but I love their Motherboards

Yeah it will be quite a nice upgrade from a 9800,I mean i upgraded from a HD4890 which i tell you was no slacker and i could tell the diffrence going to the 460 and i only have the 768mb version of the 460+ it was DX11 so nothing to loose.

its odd...i expected my 460 to hit 2000 mhz on the ram but i am throwing errors when i try to do that, i dont think running at 1900 vs the stock speed will hurt performance tho, and id rather be stable than fast
