can anyone tell me what does the red light means on the back of the video card?
because I cant get it work,

what power supply are you using?

it could be under powered or faulty connectors

It's usually an indication of a power supply problem.
The spec states -

A 680 Watt or greater power supply unit with a minimum of 46 Amps on the +12V rail. It also requires that the power supply has one 6-pin PCI Express power connector and an 8-pin PCI Express power connector for proper connection.

Is the PSU up to the job and have you connected both power supplies.
