I see in O.C. 101 that the Pent. D 820 (2.8GHz.) is an acceptable candidate for O.C.ing. How much of an increase (%) could I expect to achieve with that proc. on a Asus P5LD2 mobo.? (If someone happens to recommend an alternate board, I'm not interested in SLI, and don't want to deal with Bios updates and B.S.)

Also are the Pent. D 830 (3.0GHz.) and 840 (3.2GHz.) acceptable candidates as well? And if so, how much of an increase (%) would I be able to expect from them respectively, on the same mobo.?
Thanks!
