oblivian ? help plz

hi i have been playing oblivian since its realise my question is why cant i get my magica to go up when i rest i can only get it to go up buy using spells all my mates say theres goes up when they rest and over a period of time,
my health and fatigue goes up when i rest

magicka should restore completely after you rest and gradually if you leave it. Maybe you could email bethesda or do a re-install (make sure you backup your savegames.)

i cant find a save games folder do you know were it is

what race did you choose? because one of the races causes magika not to regenerate

i think its the bretons... basically its one of the ones that look like people.

think there may have been a problem with your installation somewhere along the line or something has been modified
