My monitor went goodbye so I bought an Acer P201W LCD monitor. It calls for 1680 x 1050 resolution but the best I can get is 1600 x 1024 which renders everything close enough except for a CAD design program. (Cadkey 19). Round holes on the cad become obround, left to right. I downloaded the latest drive for the video card I have (NVidea GeForce4 MX440 with AGP8X)
and am using a Dell Dimension 4600 computer.
Do I need a new video card or are the obround holes just a function of the wide screen monitor?
