Obscure Question

Hey everyone,
I had a kinda weird question...Would I be able to put a UV light inside a computer case? The wires to the PSU supposedly are called UV wires, so wouldn;t that mean that sunlight would make them glow? Would the UV light harm anything inside? I know it's a weird question...
Thanks,
Derek

yes, they make special UV lights that you can mount inside your case that will make the UV wires on your PSU glow, and no, the UV lights will not harm your system. but i dont know if sunlight will make them glow, its prolly to bright to even see them glowing;)

Thanks for the responses. Maybe it would charge them up, and at night it would glow? Cool, thanks.

it will glow in the day time as long if your computer isnt directly in the sun, (like if the sun was coming through the window and beaming on it) if you get the UV lights to mount in your case, but when you turn the lights out in your room it would look way cooler:)

Yes but the amount of UV hitting the wires isnt enough ... and there that funky thing called the Ozone layer :)

Well technically i can cause paint to fade :P But thats so inconsequential its borderline stupid hehe
