Obtaining a Foreign IP Address

Is there any way that I can have my computer in country A display an IP address of country B?

Yes, there are ways, but the purposes for this are usually not on the up-up. What is the reason for wanting to do this?

There are some strict rules on NOT giving out information that could potentially get someone in trouble (for this forum)...

If someone needed the information enough, they would be able search and find it on their own...
