Ocing problems

So i've got my system running fine but decided i wanted to overclock. (Its the system in my sig) So whenever i overclock it to over 3.2ghz the system will crash...but its wierd it never just crashes. I can be on the comp, run the stress test and be fine. After a while, a day even a couple then itll crash. The bsd reads Bad_pool_header and ive done some searching and cant find a definite answer. When i put the system back to stock specs it runs fine. I've tried many combos of upping the vdimm and vcore but it never works. The highest ive gotten the pressy to go to without immediatly going to a blank screen was today at 3.38ghz but it crashed about 5 hrs later. I know its not getting any hotter so thats fine. I've read oc101 but maybe theres something im missing. Could it be that my memory, which is cheap, holding me back?

I had that Bad_pool_header problem, I got it when I was playing certain games. It should have to do something with your memory, I moved my RAM module from slot 1 to slot 2 and then it worked without problems.

The reason it crashes all the time is because your using a pentium jk, ive done some reading about this "Bad_pool_header" and found out that is mostly related to SP2 did you recently install SP2 if so check this out: http://forums.tweaktown.com/archive/index.php/t-18119.html

I have sp2..but have had it for a long time, fyi i just got a new mobo and hsf and case..this was a dell 8300 and put sp2 on it last year when it came out.(my school network demands updates all the time) And the thing is i onyl get this bsod when i oc. Also moving my ram wouldnt work..i have 2gb in 4 sticks.
