OCing recommendations?

I plan on building a system specifically for OCing practice. I am a newbee at OCing, so I was looking for a few recommendations on components. I am building another to use as my main computer, so I don't want to spend a fortune on this system. I want a budget OCing system, but not so cheap that any decent OC attempt is thwarted by component failure. Any suggestions?

Do you want an entire build or just the processor/cooler in this thread? Still, I'd have to recommend a 2180, and then since this is a budget machine, with a Arctic Cooling 7 Freezer Pro.

building from the ground up. well, aside from the case. I have an old case here I will probably use.

so yeah, looking for recommendations for the entire build. everything that will affect the OC, essentially.
