Well, I got this card for 205$, because I didnt want to wait for shipping from newegg :C (kinda wish I could go back). Anyways, I want to oc it a bit, but have no idea where to start, my friend mentioned using my ati tools, but What do you guys think, I have pretty good case cooling, and I could oc it a pretty good bit, so if you guys could drop me a line, it would help a lot. Thanks, Jason

ATI Tool would be the best choice (google for it). When I had my x1600PRO, it wouldn't allow me to overclock the memory, so I dont know if you'll have the same problem or not.

And why wouldn't you wait? You can get the x1600PRO on newegg for around $90 before rebates.
