I'm about to OC my graphics card, I now I should up by 5-10MHz and check if I get artifacts. I've been hearing that you get the most out of OC'ing the memory. Is this true? Memory or core speed? Which one will I benefit most from?

For an older setup like that you'll probably benifit more from the core clock. Its more common with newer cards that they get bottlenecked by memory bandiwdhth
