Ocz memory vs Kingmax memory DDR2

any suggestions or warnings about these memories

I am going to get either 2x1gbDDR2 of 800mhz ocz memory for $162 or 2x1gb DDR2 of 800mhz kingmax memory for $111

Is the OCz memory 4-4-4-12? The Kingmax will probably be 5-5-5-15. If you want the slightly faster timings (I'm assuming they are anyway) then go with the OCz, but I'd argue at that speed the timing difference isn't worth the extra $50 and to go with the kingmax.
The OCz may overclock better but if you plan to run stock speeds I'd say the kingmax will be plenty good enough.
