Yes, these times are good, but keep in mind the ram can also be overclocked but the difference in timings is likely not very large.

In short: overclocking = probably waste of time, risky

I know basically how good various timing is but I don’t understand why some ram timing has 3, 4 and 5 digits
e.g. 3-3-3, 2-2-2-5, 2-2-2-6-1 what do the miss out in the 3-3-3 tRP, CMD, tRAS?
