OCZ3P1333LV4GK constant BSOD, need new RAM recommendations?

I know the purchase of RAM isn't really a touchy subject as it is point on when choosing a set of RAM, but I am not _quite_ computer savvy, so I don't know what the difference in each memory specification is!

NTS: OCZ3P1333LV4GK was built originally for intel chipsets, I installed it on an AM3 build, worked fine for the first couple months, now I'm receiving thousands upon thousands of errors with memtest, and so are others.

Also to put it out of the way, I am using ASUS M4A88T-V EVO/USB3.

Here's what I had in mind (I'm trying to stay away from OCZ, even if it was just a bad batch they had shipped out, unfortunately..):

I don't know if it is compatible with my mobo though as it states the mobo chipsets that it is compatible with are:
AMD 790 Series
AMD 890 Series

My mobo states it's chipset is: AMD 880G/SB710

I don't know if they can work. :T

You can use any ram with either platform, amd or intel. Its just some ram say specifically created for am3 or intel but will work with either. Just get 1333mhz memory. I prefer corsair as I've never had any issue with them.

Yeah thanks johnb, my only dilemma is the specification on the set of RAM. It supports AMD 790 Series and AMD 890 Series, but my motherboard's chipset is AMD 880g series, so I'm not sure if they'll work efficiently.

It'll work fine.
