odd video card behavior

Whenever i play games such as Titan Quest, Guild Wars, ect, I get about 1-5 minutes into the game and my entire computer to Freeze and the sound loops. I have to do a hard boot to get function back.

Sometimes when it freezes or right before, little squares of bright color cover parts of the screen.

specs:
Athlon 3500+ 64
ASUS A8N SLI
1024mb Kingston Value RAM
Asus A8N SLi
MSI NX6600GT (with latest drivers)
 
Well i ran a expiriment, with my temperature monitor and titan quest running. After during gameplay the peak of my temperature was only about 65C. After about 2-3 min i got the blue screen of death that told me it had to shut down to prevent damage and it had something to do with NV4_disp or was a hardware problem.

So could it be a driver problem?
