OE Double emails?

a coworker is having an issue that comes and goes. everyonce and awhile when she sends out an email the recipients will get a double post. i am also one of them. it doesn happen every time, but maybe 25% of the time. i took alook and tried to make new emails/forward emails and i got nothing.

she is also getting two dif error messages, but im not sure that they are about the double postings.

not a direct quote... error: msg cannot be opened from OutBox.

she is running OutLook express vrs 6.00.2900.2180
and trend micro PCcillion antivirus.

anyone have some ideas?
 
just set up her account in Microsoft oulook first and see if the error appears.
if nmot then keep in MS Outlook, thats what am do, trying to phase out OE, cause some errors in OE is just plain stupid and non-fixable

try extending her server timeout, if that wil do any good
 
i'll try the server timeout. Regular outlook doesnt work, ive tried to work it out and asked many a time here but could never get it going.

i'll have to find where the server timeout, never played with that one.
