Of these, which is the best buy?

I'm rather new to this. I've researched for a few hours and I've narrowed the best deals I could come up with.

Would you see this link and depict which of those four is the best buy?

If you'd like the extra information, I'm constructing a Core 2 Duo compatable and I'm still working out which GFX card I should purchase.

The make and model with the best performing chipset is the Asus model seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16813131032 But the single drawback is only having 6 channel onboard audio compared to the 8 seen on the two MSI and one ECS model boards.

For the extra price the MSI 975X V.2 seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16813130051 is the one model that will run DDR2 800 PC2 6400 memory.
