Office 10 sp1 will not recognize my Office 10

I am running Win 7 . I just installed Office 10 32 bit
I downloaded Office 10 sp1 32 bit. When I try to install it
I get this: There are no products affected by this package installed on this computer. That's it !!
What do I need to do to install Sp1?

Use windows update to manually update if needed. Your system may not need it.
