Office 2000 problem

Why does an error message "please insert the disk: Mircosoft Office 2000..."
always prompt being installed while the cd has alreadly been there?

I have no choice but to click on the "cancel" capton to make it roll back.
 
probably some cabs and modules are missing to run office2k properly or whoever installed it did a partial installation.
Insert the disk so it can continue it's operation

to each pc his own, doesn't mean that your can be like others or vice versa.
I'm thinkig maybe there's missing components, you can do the cancel thingy each time you start or simply pop in the cd and let it do it's thing :cool:
