Greetings to all, I am running Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit, 4 GB of RAM, 500 GB SATA Hard drive, GForce 8600 GS 256 MB PCIe Video, I have Nero 7 installed along with PowerDVD on the hard drive. Everything works awesomely until I try to install Office 2003 Pro and it freezes when the Product Key screen appears. I have to restart then everything works perfect until I ty and install MS Office 2003 Pro again. It then freezes again in the same place. I've checked the CD which is spotless and everthing on the COmputer works great until I try this again

You could try turning off User Account Control until you get it installed.
Not sure if this is the cause, but may be worth a try.

I just uninstalled my MS Office 2003 yesterday so I know it can be done. 
Try "right-clicking" the setup icon and choose run as Administrator. I don't remember exactly how I installed it but I don't recall having any issues either. What Service Pack of Vista are you on?
