Office 2007 Enterprise Edition - why so cheap?

Hi everyone,

I'm getting a new PC and I need a new version of Office 2007. I was just looking at different editions - Enterprise seems to be the best version - it's got everything. However, I'm a little confused as to why the best version is so cheap when you search online for it. Apparently, it's sold to retailers with volume licensing or something - not sure what that means. Just wondered if you guys had any advice or warnings about buying a cheap Enterprise edition. Is there anything I need to check before I buy? etc, etc.

BTW, I'm getting Vista x64 - Enterprise edition is compatible with 64bit isn't it?

Thanks in advance,

It could be cheap for a reason such as being preowned instead of buying brand new!
or!
There may be something wrong with the item.
OR!
The item may be stolen or suspicious.

Depends where you're buying it from ;)
