I ran across this website a few days back, it's pretty nice, you might find somem dutch or german parts, but the guy did a translation so he has the english version of the site you can choose. Either way, take a look at it, it's a crazy idea but it seems to work. They have some detailed pictures too.

I was reading some on google and it seems it's a pretty good cooling system. It's not explained how though. But I would think that submerging your computer into oil would affect it somehow, wouldn't it damage cables or circuits? and also, wouldn't it slow down the fan? it's a "heavy" or dense liquid.

that oil is non-conductive, therefor will not short out circuits

It will disipate head very easily....but good luck ever cleaning that shit off your parts later

Worst idea I've ever seen...there are so many ways that you can cool a computer more effectively than a waterblock without making everything slimey and smell like a deep-fryer...I already have designs for a cooling system that will fit inside your case that works a hell of a lot better than a water block, and won't have a huge tub of liquid beside it (cost effective too), I just need FREE TIME to make some prototypes

Nah I'm not planning on doing it, I just thought it was pretty crazy when I ran into that site, it would be a nasty thing to do in my opinion.
