ok need ideas people

so 3-400 for the psu, case, and gpu, that's a pretty good budget i'll look quick. but do you plan to evre use multi gpu's (sli/Xfire)

yeah, but guess you saw b4 the edit, do you plan to go sli or crossfire later on, so i know what watts to get. and you can pick a case, just go for something around/below 100 i guess.
 
one of these 6950's will do perfectly, and can be unlocked to a 6970, but make sure to ask on the gpu thread so you don't break it
